• Data Entry and Management: You'll meticulously input and maintain accurate data in our systems, ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping.
• Customer Support: You'll be the friendly voice for our customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with a helpful and professional approach.
• Order Processing and Reconciliation: You'll work closely with the order processing team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of orders.
• Report Generation and Analysis: You'll assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.
• Administrative Support: You'll perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing general support to the Back Office team.

Skills:

• Minimum graduation from a recognized university (or equivalent)
• Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 WPM
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
