Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and app notifications.
• Social Media Management: Manage Zomato's social media presence on various platforms, fostering online communities and responding to user queries.
• Marketing Campaign Support: Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation, ensuring smooth delivery and successful outcomes.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest food and marketing trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with other marketing team members, product teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or content creation role (digital marketing experience a plus).
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content across various formats.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the food and delivery industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
