Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments: Unload and inspect food items from partner restaurants, verifying quantities and ensuring proper packaging and temperature control.
• Sort and prepare orders: Organize food items based on delivery routes and rider assignments, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Maintain accurate records: Scan barcodes, update databases, and document shipment details to track inventory and deliveries.
• Pack orders securely: Package food items carefully to prevent damage during delivery, adhering to Zomato's packaging guidelines.
• Liaise with riders: Provide clear instructions and information to delivery riders, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep the receiving area tidy and adhere to safety protocols for handling food and equipment.
