Responsibilities:
- Become the master of orders: Handle order-related inquiries, track deliveries, and troubleshoot any hiccups to ensure timely and satisfying meals.
- Be a master communicator: Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their needs, and offer clear and accurate solutions with a smile (even virtually!).
- Champion the app: Guide users through Zomato features, recommend delicious options, and patiently answer any app-related questions.
- Play detective: Identify recurring issues and escalate them to relevant teams for improvement, contributing to a seamless experience for all.
- Maintain the rhythm: Manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet service level agreements to keep the Zomato engine running smoothly.
Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent (graduation preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and find solutions.
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable using various software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, even in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, a customer-centric mindset, and a strong work ethic.
