The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key restaurant partners. This includes identifying and understanding their needs, developing and proposing solutions, and managing the sales cycle. The Key Account Manager must have a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, as well as the Zomato platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify key restaurant partners
- Understand their needs and challenges
- Develop and propose solutions that meet their needs
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain relationships with key restaurant partners
- Represent Zomato at industry events and conferences
- Track and report on key metrics
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry
- Strong understanding of the Zomato platform
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
