Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution:
  • Develop and manage project plans for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Assign tasks and manage resources effectively.
  • Track progress and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Implement corrective measures to ensure project success.
• Collaboration and communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology.
  • Ensure clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Manage expectations and address concerns effectively.
• Reporting and analysis:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Budget management:
  • Manage project budgets effectively and ensure responsible spending.
  • Identify and track project expenses.
  • Prepare and submit budget reports.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile).
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passionate about marketing and the food industry.
