• Develop, implement, and manage sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Analyze sales data and generate insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track sales performance and measure progress against goals
• Manage and maintain the sales CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Provide sales training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest sales trends and technologies
