Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of incoming orders, prioritizing deliveries efficiently and ensuring timely dispatch.
• Communicate effectively with restaurants and riders, resolving any issues promptly and maintaining smooth operations.
• Monitor delivery progress in real-time, identifying and addressing any delays or discrepancies proactively.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns with courtesy and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and operational transparency.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and supporting your team to deliver excellence.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (freshers with excellent organizational skills and a passion for service welcome).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or operations management role (preferably within the food or delivery industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for handling pressure and adapting to unexpected situations.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and data management tools.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
