The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Wipro's clients. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support through a variety of channels, such as phone, chat, and email. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Escalate issues to the appropriate level as needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on Wipro products and services
• Document customer interactions and follow up on action items
