The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Wipro's customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
• Provide excellent customer service, both in terms of attitude and knowledge

• Stay up-to-date on company products and services
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
