• Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to understand part geometry, tolerances, and material requirements.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using industry-standard CAM software (Mastercam, NX CAM, etc.).
• Perform program simulations to verify toolpaths and prevent potential collisions.
• Set up and optimize machining parameters for different materials and cutting tools.
• Conduct first-article inspections and ensure parts meet all quality specifications.
• Troubleshoot any programming or machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of all programs and machining setups.
