Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, website, and events.
• Create compelling content, like blog posts, case studies, and social media posts, aligned with our brand voice and target audience.
• Manage lead generation and nurturing efforts, driving traffic and conversions for our training programs.
• Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, content, and design, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity, informing marketing strategies.
• Proactively identify and explore new marketing opportunities for growth.

Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, particularly social media marketing and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging content.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills to track campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A passion for cybersecurity and the Whitehat JR mission is a plus.
