• Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate personnel
• Proactively engage with customers, providing personalized support and addressing their concerns
• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
• Adhere to WhiteHat Jr's customer service policies, procedures, and communication guidelines
