• Become the voice of Whitehat JR: Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Champion resolutions: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to build trust and satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge Guru: Master Whitehat JR's products and services to provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers with confidence.
• Feedback Champion: Actively gather customer feedback, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement within the customer support experience.
• Tech-Savvy Hero: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools and internal systems effectively to manage interactions and track progress.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customer segments, including parents, teachers, and children.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for finding creative solutions to complex issues.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
