Whitehat JR Careers 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and engaging online English lessons to small groups of students.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity and participation.
• Implement Whitehat JR's curriculum effectively, adapting to individual student needs and learning styles.
• Provide constructive feedback and assessments to help students track their progress.
• Collaborate with other instructors and the Whitehat JR team to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.

Skills:

• Native or near-native fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field (preferred).
• TEFL/TESL certification (preferred).
• Strong online teaching experience (a plus!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with online teaching platforms.
