• Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of preschool children.
• Create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Facilitate engaging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Observe and assess children's progress and communicate regularly with parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and team members to create a cohesive and effective preschool program.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest child development research and best practices.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working with preschool children.
• Strong understanding of child development.
