Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently enter passenger information, booking details, and other relevant data into reservation systems and databases.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across various platforms.
• Verify and rectify data discrepancies to avoid errors and delays.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, handling tasks like document filing, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Manage petty cash and handle expense reports efficiently.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and information flow.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Skills:

• Excellent typing and data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
