As a Customer Support Analyst at Vistara, you'll be the voice of comfort and resolution for our passengers. You'll handle a variety of inquiries and concerns, from booking modifications to baggage issues, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and leaves a lasting positive impression.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Champion: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, exceeding expectations through empathy and proactive problem-solving.
- Multitasking Maestro: Juggle multiple calls, emails, and chats simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Information Guru: Possess comprehensive knowledge of Vistara's policies, procedures, and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Feedback Facilitator: Gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to enhancing the travel experience.
- Tech-Savvy Hero: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant tools to effectively manage inquiries and track resolutions.
