Front-Line Employees (FLEs) are the backbone of the Vistara operation. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at every stage of their journey, from check-in to boarding to baggage claim. FLEs must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and they must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Check in passengers and verify their travel documents
• Board passengers and help them find their seats
• Assist passengers with their luggage
• Provide customer service and answer passenger questions
• Handle baggage claim and reunite passengers with their luggage
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
