Vistara is currently looking for highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Back Office Executives. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to various departments within the airline.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain back-office documents and records, including flight manifests, passenger details, and financial reports.
• Process payments and handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
• Provide administrative support to team members, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Respond to inquiries from passengers and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a back-office or administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of aviation industry (a plus).
