We are looking for a talented Unity Developer to join our team and help us create amazing games. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Unity, as well as experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management. They will also be familiar with level design and planning, and have experience with game physics and particle systems.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about Vistara products and services
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate level as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for customer service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
