Vistara is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting computer problems, and installing and configuring software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote access
• Troubleshoot computer problems and identify the root cause
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Maintain and update computer systems
• Document all technical support incidents
• Work with other IT teams to resolve complex issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
• Experience with hardware and software installation and configuration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
