The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Vistara passengers via phone, email, and chat. Duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and making travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Answer customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:
