The Auditor is responsible for conducting independent audits of Vistara's operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies and procedures. The Auditor will also identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of Vistara's operations in accordance with established audit procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Vistara's quality management system.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of audit findings.
• Stay up-to-date on applicable regulations and industry best practices.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with quality management systems is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in auditing or quality assurance.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
