The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions for Vistara. This includes receiving invoices, verifying their accuracy, approving payments, and making timely payments to vendors. The Accounts Payable Officer also plays a key role in ensuring that Vistara's accounts payable processes are efficient and compliant with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of invoices for goods and services received.
• Approve payments for invoices.
• Make timely payments to vendors.
• Maintain accounts payable records and reports.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Purchasing and Treasury, to ensure that accounts payable transactions are processed smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting and financial regulations.
• Identify and resolve accounts payable problems and discrepancies.
• Provide support to other accounting staff as needed.
