As a Customer Care Associate at Vistara, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued passengers across various touchpoints, including phone calls, emails, and social media. You'll play a crucial role in resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and exceeding their expectations with your warm hospitality and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Vistara's policies, services, and flight schedules.
- Assist passengers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and other ticketing needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues with empathy and a problem-solving approach.
- Go the extra mile to provide exceptional service and create a positive brand experience for every passenger.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address complex customer concerns.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Hindi or other Indian languages preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
