As a Customer Service Manager at Vistara, you'll lead a team of customer service representatives, overseeing all aspects of customer care operations. You'll be responsible for setting the tone for exceptional service, ensuring your team has the resources and training they need to exceed guest expectations on every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with empathy and a problem-solving approach.
- Train and coach customer service representatives on Vistara's policies, services, and best practices.
- Report on customer service performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Hindi or other Indian languages preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
