  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires smoothly.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback to help employees grow.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, manage benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve issues, and foster a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Training & Development: Organize training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Stay updated on HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance, and communicate changes effectively.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports, analyze HR data, and identify trends to inform strategic HR decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a strong understanding of Indian labor laws is a plus!).
