The Position: Customer Experience Agent

Are you someone who loves helping others and has a knack for making people smile? As a Customer Experience Agent at Vedantu, you'll be the first point of contact for our amazing students and their parents. You'll answer their questions, solve any problems they might have, and ensure their Vedantu journey is smooth and enjoyable.

Imagine a Day at Vedantu

• Be a friendly face (or voice) for students and parents – answer their questions about courses, schedules, payments, and anything else related to Vedantu.
• Become a problem-solving pro – listen to concerns, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions that leave everyone happy.
• Be a master of information – stay up-to-date on all things Vedantu so you can give the best possible advice.
• Be a superhero of encouragement – motivate students to reach their learning goals and celebrate their successes!
• Collaborate with our awesome team – work with teachers, tech wizards, and other customer experience agents to make Vedantu the best it can be.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A big heart and a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken. You'll be chatting with students, parents, and our team, so clear and friendly communication is key!
• A problem-solving mind – can you think on your feet and find solutions to any situation?
• A computer whiz – you'll be using our systems to help students and parents, so comfort with technology is a plus.
• A love for learning – you'll be constantly learning new things about Vedantu and the education world.
• A positive and can-do attitude – a smile and a helpful spirit go a long way!
