The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department. This includes overseeing the handling of customer inquiries and complaints, hiring and training new customer service representatives, and developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. The Customer Service Supervisor must have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the handling of customer inquiries and complaints
• Hire and train new customer service representatives
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Monitor the performance of customer service representatives
• Conduct performance reviews
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels
• Represent the company to customers and other stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer service management
• Strong understanding of customer service principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
