• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with sales forecasting tools is a plus.
• Experience with the transportation industry is a plus.
