Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of implementation projects, from planning and configuration to testing and deployment. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning activities, such as requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Configure and customize technology solutions according to client specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of implemented solutions.
• Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
• Train end-users on new technologies and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, technical leads, and other team members to ensure project success.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT implementation (freshers can also apply).
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) methodologies.
• Experience with configuration management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
