Job Summary
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team. Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, including:
- Communication and Coordination: You'll be the first point of contact for many internal and external inquiries. You'll answer phones, manage email communication, and schedule appointments.
- Document Management: Maintaining an organized and efficient filing system is crucial. You'll be responsible for creating, storing, and retrieving documents both electronically and in hard copy.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: You'll ensure the accuracy and completeness of our data by entering information into various software applications and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Travel and Logistics: If necessary, you might be involved in making travel arrangements and booking venues for meetings and conferences.
- Inventory Management: You'll play a key role in keeping track of office supplies and ensuring we have everything we need to operate smoothly.
