Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems according to established procedures.
- Process incoming documents, including categorizing, indexing, and filing them appropriately.
- Utilize document scanning software to convert paper documents into digital formats.

- Retrieve requested documents promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of file activity, including check-in and check-out processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
