The Recruiter is responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and be able to identify and attract top talent.




Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's business goals
  • Build relationships with key customers and prospects
  • Close deals and exceed sales goals
  • Manage and mentor the sales team
  • Develop and implement sales training programs
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
