The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of Tech Mahindra's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and procedures and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
• Monitor the quality of products and services
• Conduct quality testing and analysis
• Identify and resolve quality issues
• Prepare and maintain quality records and reports
• Work with other departments to improve quality
• Stay up-to-date on the latest quality assurance trends
