The Finance Director is responsible for leading the finance function at Tech Mahindra. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as experience in managing a large and complex organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
• Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage the company's treasury function, including cash management, investments, and risk management.
• Provide financial analysis and support to the company's business units.
• Oversee the company's financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Represent the company to financial institutions and other stakeholders.
