The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company's sales goals. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key customers, and closing deals. The Director of Sales must have a deep understanding of the IT industry and the company's products and services. They must also be able to motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve success.




Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's business goals
  • Build relationships with key customers and prospects
  • Close deals and exceed sales goals
  • Manage and mentor the sales team
  • Develop and implement sales training programs
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
