The Customer Service Specialist will provide professional and courteous customer service to all customers. The Call Center Rep must be able to listen attentively to customers and document their issues. The Call Center Rep must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• -Answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints
• -Research and identify solutions to customer issues
• -Document customer interactions and issue resolutions
• -Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Fluency in English
