The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Tata Sky's subscribers. This includes answering customer questions, resolving customer issues, and providing customer support. The Client Service Specialist must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat
• Provide customer support for Tata Sky's products and services
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate level as needed
• Work with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date on Tata Sky's products and services
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Make phone calls to customers to collect outstanding payments
• Negotiate payment plans with customers
• Resolve payment disputes
• Update customer records
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
• Follow up with customers to ensure that payments are made on time
• Work with other departments to resolve collection issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
