The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing first-level technical support to Swiggy customers. This includes answering customer questions, troubleshooting problems, and resolving issues. The Help Desk Technician must have a strong understanding of computer systems and software, as well as excellent customer service skills.

• Answer customer questions and troubleshoot problems via phone, email, and chat
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
• Track and document customer interactions
• Update customer records and create reports
• Train customers on how to use Swiggy's products and services
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
