Reports To: Head of Customer Support

Summary:

Swiggy is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer service, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer experience. They will also have a strong understanding of the food delivery industry and Swiggy's platform

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
  • Develop and execute customer service strategies that align with Swiggy's overall customer experience goals
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Track and analyze customer feedback to identify and optimize customer service processes
  • Represent Swiggy at industry events and conferences
