The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for providing customer support to Swiggy's customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolve customer issues to the satisfaction of the customer
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Process customer orders and payments
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work with other departments to improve customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Swiggy products and services
