  1. Customer support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat. Provide prompt and accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, payment issues, and other service-related queries. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and timely support.
  2. Order management: Assist customers in placing, modifying, and canceling orders. Coordinate with delivery partners and restaurants to address order-related concerns and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
  3. Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, payment discrepancies, and technical difficulties. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. Take ownership of customer concerns until resolution is achieved.
