As a Client Service Specialist at Sun Pharma, you'll be the bridge between the company and its clients. You'll wear many hats, from answering client inquiries and resolving their concerns to processing orders efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely updates. You'll also be responsible for building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Process and fulfill client orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Provide timely updates to clients on order status and any relevant information.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Identify and escalate client issues that require further attention.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
