We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across various research projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from assisting with literature reviews and data analysis to preparing laboratory materials and maintaining accurate research documentation. You'll work closely with senior scientists, gaining invaluable exposure to the entire research process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough literature reviews to gather relevant scientific information
• Assist with research protocol development and implementation
• Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
• Perform assigned laboratory tasks, including sample preparation and analysis (depending on the project)
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
• Assist senior scientists with data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external audiences
• Stay updated on relevant scientific advancements and research methodologies

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy etc.) or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with scientific research methodologies (a plus)
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
