• Provide technical support to users of desktop computers and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
• Install and configure new software
• Provide training to users on how to use IT resources
• Maintain and update documentation for IT systems
• Work with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
• Experience with networking and security concepts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in desktop support
• IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
