The Assurance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance (QA) function at SBI Bank. This includes developing and implementing QA processes and procedures, conducting QA reviews and audits, and providing QA training and support to employees. The Assurance Manager also works closely with other departments to ensure that the bank's products and services meet high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA processes and procedures for all aspects of the bank's operations.
• Conduct QA reviews and audits of the bank's products, services, and processes.
• Identify and report on QA issues and risks.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address QA issues.
• Provide QA training and support to employees.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that the bank's products and services meet high standards of quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of QA principles and practices.
• Experience with a variety of QA tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
