Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Samsung product owners and prospective buyers through phone, email, and chat.
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and courteously, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues efficiently.
• Offer product information, troubleshooting assistance, and recommendations based on individual needs.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to develop long-term relationships.
• Follow Samsung's customer service policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills:

• Minimum 12th passed or equivalent, preferably with a Diploma/Degree in Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Samsung products and services is a plus.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
