Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and reliable Office Clerk to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our office. Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and other deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Answer phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are readily available and in good working order.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
